We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the garments are in perfect condition and with all tags intact. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return. You can view our full return policy here.
Pre-ordered items are made especially for you and can take up to 6 weeks to be shipped. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the availability of materials from our suppliers. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Sabrina Ol is not responsible for delays caused by third-party material deliveries.
