4. Shipping

We offer both domestic shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Sabrina Ol is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks to be shipped. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that production and delivery times may vary. Sabrina Ol is not liable for delays resulting from material supply issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached. Please refer to our full return policy here for more details.
